New Rental Maintenance Plans
We're excited to offer new **optional Maintenance Plans** for our 18 and 24-month leases (12-month leases are not available). These plans allow you to customize your monthly rent based on your preferred deductible.
Here are your options:
- $2025/month: Standard rent, no deductible.
- $1975/month: You pay a $50 deductible for maintenance issues.
- $1950/month: You pay a $75 deductible for maintenance issues.
- $1925/month: You pay a $100 deductible for maintenance issues.
