Screened in back porch with patio/fire pit. Additional outdoor storage with large shed. House is occupied until April 5th at which time house will be refreshed for new tenants. Small-medium sized dogs that are well behaved will be considered. Prefer lease to begin April 19th but will consider through May 1. Owner pays for water and gas. Tenant responsible for electric and lawn care.
