This place is awful. Kaña Tapas, on the bottom floor, constantly plays their terrible music all hours of the night. Andres Vega, the jerk owner, constantly tries to tell me since he's been there for 20 years, he can do whatever he wants. Most of the time he's too drunk to move, but when he's not, he's trying to bang all the underage girls he lets drink at his bar. Needless to say, not family friendly.
