Enjoy a 5 minute walk to EVERYWHERE in Old Town including CSU Campus. All utilities and Wifi are included in the monthly rent. Small dogs are welcome with a $50 pet fee per month. There is a free parking spot at the building for one vehicle with an option to rent another. There is also plenty of free parking on the streets by the building. The 6 plex house shares a free washer and dryer room in the basement of the building as well as an outdoor grill with a patio. We do accept small dogs (20lbs or less), however there is a pet deposit and a monthly fee for the pet. Barky dogs would be a problem for adjacent neighbors. You can rent month to month for a $150 fee per moth, annual lease is $1350
