I have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath rowhome. Finished small basement and a 1 car garage, with a one car driveway. Each room has a closet, master bedroom has 2. Comes with all appliances. Microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Central AC. Water Hoses hooked up out back and out front. I am leaving my gas lawn mower for you to use. You have a small front porch area, as well as a small front yard. It is a very quiet row and all of my neighbors are great. 1st floor is carpet and 2nd floor is hardwood. Now the hardwood is the original so it is not the nicest as you see but you can put throw rugs down if need to. I do have a couch/table/desk/tv stand/dressers/patio set. I am willing to leave furnished if you could use them. Trash is two times a week, no fee for that. All you have to pay is water and electric. I had cable and internet so that is already ran and ready. Small dogs OK, no extra monthly fee. Before you move in, it would be cleaned and ready. If you are interested please let me know.
