Landlords live on site and are highly responsive to tenant needs as we are accustomed to hosting and care about our apartments. Willard Beach is a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Opportunities for walking, jogging, biking and kayaking abound. One of our favorite trails is a 3 mile round trip stroll from our home to Bug Light, as the dynamic ocean views are nearly constant. You may also enjoy ambling over to Willard Square (just a couple blocks away) to enjoy one of Portland's best bagels at Scratch (also known for excellent salads, sandwiches, pastries and coffee)or a decadent, small batch ice cream cone from Scoops (salted caramel is a local favorite) A variety of dining options are also within walking distance. David's (the most upscale option), Elsmere BBQ, Taco Trio and Ottos Pizza are a few examples. If you are a devoted foodie, downtown Portland (one of the top ten foodie destinations in the US) is conveniently located just 3 miles away. Portland is also a haven for shoppers, historians, art and nightlife lovers. Outdoor enthusiasts will want to consider heading a few miles in the other direction to explore some of southern Maine's best state parks and beaches. Fort William's, with Portland Headlight is just two miles from our doorstep. A lovely 10-20 minute drive will take you to Two Lights State Park, Crescent Beach, Higgins Beach, Scarborough Beach or Ferry Beach. We are happy to recommend other possibilities for exploring Maine's natural beauty and eating well while you are here. This is a furnished short term rental beginning November 1st 2025 and ending May 1st 2026 We will not respond to inquiries about longer term leases. Absolutely no pets allowed. No smoking or vaping within 100 feet of the building. High speed internet, hot water, shared laundry, off street parking and all furnishings are included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for heat and electricity. Last winter the average cost for heat and electricity was $200 per month. We also ask that tenants supply their own towels and bedding.
