What we require to approve an annual lease: full application (on form provided by property owners); favorable five-part background check; and payment of the first month's rent and $700.00 security deposit. The background check contains a Credit Report with FICO Score, National Criminal Record Check, Rental Eviction Report, Full Income Report, and Social Security Number Trace.
