Fenced, grassy front and back yards with front and back covered patios. Gas heat and hot water; window units for A/C. Ample on-street, permitted parking. Tenants pay all utilities. Renters pay all utilities. Renters must carry renter's insurance and list us as Additional Insured Landlords (instructions will be provided for that). Renter is responsible for maintaining front and back yards and fences (weeds will proliferate on the fences and we have been fined for overgrowth - that will be your responsibility and liability).
