There a great kitchen, gas stove, two refrigerators, great for families who love cooking! Basement has family room and you guessed it ... gear room for all the Colorado hobbies, complete with ski rack, racks for paddleboards, rafting, climbing, any other adventure gear you need to store safely! There is a back room attached to the garage that is a fantastic office or guest room! Awesome patio in the backyard, cute little front porch. We are looking for a respectful tenants to fill this house. The location is walk-able to 32nd street restaurants. It is a 10 minute bike ride to Union Station and the downtown. Close to the Denver REI and a few blocks away from Woodbury Library! We would like to set up a time to do a little mini-virtual meet and greet with the current roomies if you are interested.
