    Hello, I am renting my awesome house, one block from Alberta and one block from New Seasons. You can't beat this location! Here is a little bit about the me.... I bought the house in March of 2015. I work at Vestas (big wind turbine manufacturer) and travel often. I am sad to vacate but hoping someone else can enjoy it while we are away. Here is a little bit about the house.... It was built in 1913 and has been fully renovated. I just installed new Restoration Hardware lighting in the living room, dining room, bathroom and both bedrooms on the main floor. It is a great location, only one block away from the Alberta street action, one block from New Seasons and a few blocks from the 30th and Killingsworth pocket. There is great access to public transport and major bike lanes. Generally I am ok with pets, but would like to talk about it. This is a great family home but is also a lot of fun and great for entertaining. There is a fully fenced in back yard and lots of space for garden. The house is super bright and gets a ton of natural light. There is a nice front porch and back porch, leading to a great back yard. - Huge master bedroom with large closet and french doors leading to a patio and nice fenced in back yard. Master bedroom also has an in-wall AC unit which is a life saver in the summer - Great second bedroom with a nice closet, two large windows and fresh paint - Finished large bonus room in basement with tons of closet space/storage - Semi-finished utility room in the basement with storage, a super nice washer and dryer - large updated bathroom with awesome Jacuzzi tub - open living room/dining room that gets a lot of natural light - Nice kitchen with large (newer) fridge and a gas stove - Mud room off the kitchen with a separate entrance - Pets are welcome, as long as you are responsible :) - off-street parking - forced air heating, super efficient (low bills) - I also have a super cool sleeper sofa I will give you, as it fits really well in the living room asking $2400 a month - $1000 deposit - tenant pays all utilities - 1 or 2 year lease Please call or text me with any questions at all.
