The backyard has patio, table, chairs, and plenty of space surrounded by privacy fence. Shared spaces include living room, patio/backyard, kitchen, storage(depending on availability), dining room, and the laundry room. There will be house chores such as lawn care, kitchen upkeep, rented basement needs to be in a reasonable state of cleanliness, no smoking in house(including vaping), no recreational or illegal drugs on property or consumed on property, no parties, and utilities will be split in half between tenant and owner.
