This is a cozy little auxiliary house on a 40 acre farm. It has a front porch and back porch with a propane furnace and propane cook stove. All utilities are included. In search of farm help, handyman, homesteaders. I need help on the farm and really don't care about the rent money. I would rather exchange work for rent. Large garden plot, orchard, beef cattle, honey bees. Willing to talk about adding livestock. Have a horse barn with stalls. Since the house is small I don't think it's really suitable for a family.
