House is sitting on 5 acres of wooded land. Lovely wildlife scenery all year long. I can walk right up to deer (about 20ft away) almost every day. ~6 deer in back yard every night around campfire area. Hundreds of wooded acres behind me. Just had gravel hauled in for driveway, food plots in the backyard, and trails in the woods for ATV Downsides to this home are: Will need a new furnace and hot water heater. Both currently work fine, just will need replacing.
