I will answer any questions you have at the house during the showing but will not be responding to emailed questions. -step two: after seeing the house, you may complete an application. Each adult who will be living at the house must complete their own application. The application fee is $30 per person by cash or check. -step three: I will screen the person(s) I feel are the most qualified (more on that below). When I screen, the application fees are used to pay for credit checks, etc. If I don't screen your application, your application fee will be returned. my ideal tenant: I am looking for someone respectful and responsible, who can and will pay the rent on time every month, takes care of their home, and gets along with the neighbors.
