Bluetooth speaker fan in bathroom and USB plugins in bedrooms and Living room. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage. $40 application fee per adult. We do a criminal background and credit check on each applicant. Minimum credit score of 600 required. Income must be twice the amount of rent. Each applicant must meet credit score and income to rent ratio separately. All applications must be submitted before a decision can be reached. We are pet friendly but charge $25 per month for each pet in rent.
