This is little to no traffic on this street, less than 1 car per hours and is just a 3 minute drive to UH and is also walk-able. 10 minute drive to downtown and 12 minutes to the medical center area. Driveway parking is available. Perfect for students looking for a safe, quiet environment to live and study. We are open to, and prefer, a group of students or friends. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, drink ware. Also has walk in pantry. All appliances are new including washer and dryer. Xfinity Wifi and home security system is included. Master suite can accommodate 2 and included 2 sinks and spacious walk-in closet and balcony. No smoking will be allowed in the house. We would like to maintain a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment for all to enjoy.
