    3bedrooms 2full bath garage/basement. Open concept main floor master bedroom with master bathroom. Off dinning room there's is a greenhouse room with all windows. Located upstairs is a Loft, 2bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom. House is right on the Tygart river with 250' of river frontage and personal dock. Also has a small building with plenty of lightning for family outings or night fishing. House is only 7 minutes from I-79 and 4 minutes out from Whitehall. Great neighborhood and place to raise kids. We also just had a brand new hot water tank installed and brand new HVAC system installed in the basement. Recently had the property surveyed so buyer knows the exact property lines as there are 9 total connecting lots. House was also built just outside the flood plain so no need to carry additional costly flood insurance. When building the foundation we invested in an oversized footer, along with any block walls laid underground were 12" blocks with rebar installed and the entire basement was filled with grout, and the finished walls had two coats of Therroseal and then one coat of rubber seal, and then fanfold to eliminate any issues of water down the road. All utilities were installed underground with a spare run capped off for any future needs. We installed drain basins and 250' of 16" Colvert to eliminate ground water issues. House was built to spec and we have the original blueprints so any questions you have just let us know.
