Looking for someone to take over my lease through December. Move-in date is flexible. I'm looking to move elsewhere in DC so will stay here until I can find someone to move-in! I'd quite like to take my nightstand and desk with me but we could talk about it! You would be sharing the apartment with a recent college grad working in healthcare/social policy (eventually in person but remote for now), very organized and clean (especially in the kitchen) as well as covid-conscious, appreciates alone time but would also ideally like a roommate who's sometimes up to hang out, cook together, attend wine nights, go hiking, etc! She's great to hang out with and she often gives me food from her amazing cooking.
