We are not able to give tours without some background information from you. Ours is a private single-family home within 3 miles of Hurlburt AFB. The house and location is ideal for a family with kids and dog(s). This Clayton manufactured home has modern features. These include full kitchen with island, dining room, mudroom/laundry, three bedrooms, master has a full bath, and a hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. There are dual sinks in bathrooms, a garden tub and separate shower in master bath, and there is carpet through most of the home except there is vinyl flooring in the kitchen, dining area, baths, and mudroom. Included in rental: kitchen appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher); kitchen table and chairs; a few items of furniture are available. Tenant must provide own washer/dryer but hookups are inside the mudroom. There is an outdoor shed with electricity that can be made into a workshop / nik-nak room, or used for storage. It has windows so would be possible to add a small AC unit. An additional dry storage metal shed is behind the house for lawn gear and "stuff". There are some lawn tools included in the shed. The carport is partly enclosed and provides protection from the elements for a decent size vehicle. There are two dedicated parking spaces and plenty of room for street side parking along the fence. The home is at the end of the road and abuts the Eglin reservation fence so there is no through traffic. A large fenced yard surrounds the house and provides space for recreation and enjoying peaceful views of the adjacent forest land. This is a safe and friendly neighborhood consisting of a mix of old and new homes with young children and also retired seniors. Pets - we limit to well-behaved housebroken pets with good care and need to know about them for insurance purposes. Renter responsible for all utilities - electric and water/sewer/garbage. Cable and internet service also is tenant's responsibility. Lawn service is negotiable - will give discount if tenant takes care of lawn. Planned improvements include repairs to the property fence, a patio deck at the north entry, improve drainage of north lawn. Things to note: - The property abuts the military reservation and there are frequent wildlife sightings. Bears are often seen in this area. - Military operations nearby often result in loud booms from training and weapons testing - the "Sound of Freedom". - Traffic congestion on Highway 98 is common in early morning and later afternoon so drive times through Florosa can be slow on weekdays. - The portion of the property that lies along the reservation land is prone to flooding during heavy rain and tropical events. The land around the house and driveway do not flood. - Tenant is welcome to grow plants in the yard and make gardening improvements. - Waterbeds are not allowed.
