NOTE: This is only a six month lease with no option to renew (october 15th through April 15) . We are hoping to rent this for the full 6 months but are willing to consider less and prorate rent. We are not interested in any rental companies either. Nice quiet house with a fenced in back and front yard. Great wood burning stove with lots of wood provided to keep the house warm along with central heating. Hardwood floors throughout and new washer/dryer. The house is fully furnished with a full kitchen and cleaning supplies. There is plenty of extra storage in the garage. All pets are subject to approval by owners. We will determine an appropriate pet deposit depending on how many pets you have. Please respond to this with a little about yourself and who will be living here. Ideally we would love to chat on the phone before we schedule a viewing to make sure it's a good fit. Utilities not included in rent. We require renters to maintain the snow removal on the roof (roof scraper included) for structural integrity. All pets must be cleared by owners first before signing lease. No cigarette smoking inside the house
