The leasing office will perform a background check for the applicants: 1) All NON-MARRIED individuals/occupants 18 YEARS OR OLDER must complete an application 2) Applicants need to show a gross income of at least 2.5/3.0 times the rent fee (i.e., $55,000 - $70,000 annual income). Valid proof of income is required (i.e., last two pay statements or a verifiable job offer letter). 3) A good credit history is required (no history of open bankruptcies, tax liens, repossessions, evictions, etc.).
