This Historic Victorian Denver Square is steps from shopping and 20 brand new restaurants and bars. The main level has the parlor, the living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom. Upstairs features the master with 2 closets and a full 6 (yes 6) piece bath with tub, Double shower, 2 sinks and the commode. Along with the master there are 2 other bedrooms (one with exposed brick) and another full bathroom with shower. There are 2 stairways. One in the front and one in the back. Off the back of the house is a small deck and a backyard which is great for entertaining. **Please Note: There is a small unit located in the basement of this home and it is rented out separately from the main house.
