An apartment in the corner of the building with very good privacy and nice view outside of the windows. Warm in the winter and cool in summer. Just purchased a house so I need to break my lease for 4 months. I am looking for someone to take over my lease which is $3286 plus utility (~$300 average including water, sewer, electricity and gas). The rental will be $3463 if you rent from Avalon directly. We will sign lease with Avalon together for this 4 month with mine rental price and then you will continue the lease yourself if you want. You can also sign with Avalon directly and I can cover your rental until 8/27 so if you move in early August, that's around $3000 discount. Avalon will hire professional cleaner to clean the apartment after I move out.
