A shared laundry area is available in the garage along with a single stall for vehicle/storage.
The entrance to the lower unit is through the garage and separate from upper level (front door).
Easy parking for 1 vehicle off street and/or room for 1 vehicle in the garage.
We are located at the dead end of a main road with easy access to shopping areas and dining.
Home is fully fenced and in a quiet area surrounded by trees with an open backyard and fully dog proof front yard, perfect for relaxing or playing. Pet supervision required.
Upper level occupants have very well behaved and socialized dogs as well as cats. Pets of any size and breed will be considered with evidence of current flea control and proper training. Please be considerate and clean up after your pets and maintain a clean and natural environment for all to enjoy.
Occupant should be considerate and pet friendly individual. This listing would be perfect for anyone who wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close to shopping and nearby schools or outdoor activities and would like their pet to have a safe and natural environment to play/hangout.

A little about ourselves, we are husband and wife duo with full time jobs and as many animals as we can handle. We take pride in providing a comfortable and safe place for our animals to enjoy and mainly try to keep to ourselves. Our dogs can occasionally get rambunctious, but they mean well and mainly just like to relax all day and occasionally watch Cesar Milan and be appalled at other dogs.
Initially, we would need to have an in-person meeting to make sure our pets approve of each other, etc, but in our experience, things usually work out well.
We're all pretty laid-back here and enjoy maintaining the yard and relaxing afterward.
