This is a fixer-upper. I bought it with my work comp settlement and we were renting it prior. Unfortunately, due to circumstances I have not had any income to be able to repair the home. It is currently livable, but definitely need some TLC. It has a detached garage that I believe is 24 x 30. It sits on .87 acres, which we have planted several dozen fruit trees, including, apples, peaches, pears, plums, and others. It has a 1000 sq ft aluminum/plexi pool enclosure that we were converting into a greenhouse, but it also needs work and we could possibly demo it if it is unwanted. The garage has been partially converted into a shop and a few rooms. There is a wood-burning stove in the garage and another in the greenhouse. The property is sold as is. I have no money to do anything to it. It would make a great rental property or a nice home for a small family.
