Hello, I am looking to rent a room and or my finished basement in my 1500 Sqft house. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Greece, I am open in a month to month lease or a year lease. I am a quiet and clean person who keeps to myself, looking for a tenant who is quiet and clean too. The tenant will have their own private room, with shared full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and hot tub. The rent is $550/ month includes all utilities and off street parking. I do require a background check at the applicants expense. I am open to a male or female tenant, who are open to sharing a house with a gay male and who are okay with cats as I have a cat.
