As you enter you'll notice that the home is equipped with the essentials: A fridge, a washer and dryer as well as an open space large enough to create a cozy bedroom/living room. The private bath has a modern looking shower. It will have a barn door on it not yet shown in the current photos. This home has 3 units: This unit is the casita while there is another building to the west that has an upstairs and downstairs unit. They each have private access and will be secure from one another. Each unit has a lane (the length of two cars) under the carport. These units are pet approvable properties. PETS MUST BE APPROVED through the application process and a $35/monthly pet fee/pet will apply. Utilities are to be dispersed between three units. Tenants will be charged by property management upon receipt of the bill each month. Each unit will be responsible for their own internet.
