To qualify, gross household income must be documented as being at least 2 times the rent. Cash income is not considered. Applications with poor credit and/or eviction history will not be considered. Looking for minimum credit score of 620. No guarantors. Looking for quick move-in. Small pets are OK with $20 pet rent. Renters insurance is required. Tours are Monday through Friday only. 1 year minimum lease. To qualify, pre-tax household income must be documented as being at least 2 times the rent. Cash income is not considered.
