In 2015 we completed the basement of our home which now includes a full bathroom a new workout room a bedroom as well as a complete wet bar with a wine and beverage refrigerator and sink. Basement also includes a new theatre room. The entire basement has been outfitted with meticulous woodwork by a master carpenter. This is a walkout basement. There is also plenty of closets for storage. Mechanical room is completely hidden in its own closet.
