We also have a detached 4 car garage with 800 sq ft apt above which has been rented out consistently for 35 years. Also we have a detached 4 stall barn with brick floor and huge tack room.
All of this is situated on 10 acres with half the land is in pasture and half in woods. This balance provides privacy (we can’t see another house), some quiet walks down by the stream, a place for pets as well as some pasture for large animals of your choice.
This is a great setting for someone who wants to forget the stress of work and have a relaxed rural recreational feeling while being close to work.
It is located in Irondale where taxes are a bit more reasonable.
