Ground floor unit of a 2 unit duplex. Quiet, private and very secure. Ample free street parking, short walk to BART and ferries / MUNI West Oakland station. Room is large, has a king sized bed, stylish designer furnishings, a 70"Flatscreen TV lots of storage and nice closet. I have 2 friendly dogs who roam the place and sleep all day, so you must love dogs. I work an insane amount of hours so I'm rarely home except to sleep. I am new to SF having just relocated from the Esty Coast with my job, so I don't have a big posse of friends here all the time... or ever really. We share a kitchen, large bathroom and living room and formal dining room (all of which were professionally designer decorated and furnished. We have a private HE large capacity washer and dryer, all utilities included in your rent plus free super fast Wi-Fi and hulu, netflix, disney plus, prime video and HBO. I don't think I have ever even sat down in the shared rooms. I use the kitchen 1 time a day when i get home from work for 10 minutes and a shower in the morning.... other than that the place would be yours. I'm a newly divorced Single Gay white Male, 39. Prefer a low drama person who is chill and easy to live with, maybe even friendly lol. Available now- pet is a maybe depending on the pet. 6 month lease or Month to month is cool as well.
