The space This 2000 square foot, second story unit is located on the boardwalk, just steps away from the ocean to the West and the abundant bars and restaurants on Washington Blvd. to the North. From the oversized living, dining, and kitchen area, guests can open (or not) the sliding glass door facing their private patio and enjoy the view and coastal breeze. The updated kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances including a Viking range, farmhouse sink, and built-in trash compactor. Both bedrooms have large flat screen TVs with DVR. The master bedroom includes a Cali-king bed, wood-burning fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks and shower-heads, a bidet, bathtub, and vanity. Above all, the best place to enjoy the sunset is on the private rooftop deck. Relax and watch the sun set in the brand new rooftop hot tub (2019). Guest access Guests have access to *one parking spot* that can be accessed by the alley behind the property. *This parking spot can comfortably fit a small sedan, but not a full-sized SUV. Other things to note There will likely be other guests staying in the unit downstairs, you must walk through the downstairs patio to get to the upstairs unit. The garage is shared with the tenants in the lower unit and shared with me. Also, this neighborhood can sometimes get loud on the weekends and holidays so may not be the best for light sleepers. Our home was built in the 1960s and so we like to let guests know that while the appliances are new and update, the structure is older and so occasionally things can be finicky such as our garage door. If you have any issues whatsoever, please reach out to me and I will solve them as soon as possible and to the best of my ability. We would also like to note that this property faces the parking lot and beach beyond. Although our cleaning crew cleans the units meticulously after each guest, the ocean breeze does sometimes blow sand and potentially other small particles into the unit or outside patio and walkway areas. Additionally, the windows are meticulously cleaned once a month, and although they are also cleaned between every guest, there is sometimes a slight salt residue left behind. These slight "imperfections," as well as the rowdy nature of the local Venetians are inherint in the nature of the Venice Boardwalk lifestyle.
