Two bedrooms on the main level each feature a queen bed, with one offering access to a private patio. The basement houses four twin beds and ample space for blow-up mattresses. The house has a digital keypad at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in. There are two parking pads available, but no street parking. As this house is on the river, water may enter the basement during torrential rainstorms. This is an older home with all the quirks of an older home, and it is not a brand new luxury experience. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee applies, and additional cleaning costs will be charged if there is evidence of pet hair on furniture, excess hair, stains, or waste found in the yard or home.
