The apartment and complex are fantastic, and we've really loved living here. The location is great and all the neighbors are very friendly. Located on the west side of Madison near Hoyt Park on a quiet street. Hilldale Mall is right across Midvale Ave! Apartment is on lower-level, has one bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, and living area. Porch outside of living area. One big bedroom (we have a king sized bed, two dressers and two nightstands) and a big storage locker behind the unit. Huge closets line the hallway, so there's lots of storage! The apartment complex it is located in, contains mostly graduate students, young professionals, and some older tenants. The onsite management is great with maintenance requests and very nice. We've never had a problem. Cats and dogs are allowed (monthly fee; dog breed limitations). Washer and dryer in basement. Surface lot off-street parking space included (no monthly fee) but garage spaces are also available (for monthly fee). Call for showing/more information.
