A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, providing access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club, dining, golf, fitness center, and tennis. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2, and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community.
