The shared back yard is a hidden gem with apple and cherry trees, that feels private even though it's near the highway. There is a creek in the back yard and the northern lights have been enjoyed around the fire pit. Lots of wildlife can be spotted; everything from pileated woodpeckers and flickers to deer, foxes and the occasional bear. Outdoor furniture is available to those who wish to soak up the sunshine or eat outside. First month and deposit required up front ($2,200), plus a 1 time cleaning fee of $100.
