This is a freshly carpeted and painted apartment. We also just installed a new washer and dryer in the unit. It is a 2nd floor walk up unit. Most of our tenants are families and have a very safe area to live at. Most of our tenants have been there for many years and are very happy. All units are fully air conditioned and we have maintenance men on staff when there are issues. Landlord will look for Good credit or a co-signor with good credit and 2.5 times verifiable income
