    Off grid turn key preppers paradise....quiet and private....with a small 3000 Honda generator we are able to live like on the grid for $8 for like 11 hrs when we charge batteries and take a shower, use our pressure cooker or microwave, and at 61db you barely hear it running So highlights.. The sky overhead is my favorite part of our place. Big dipper at like 1 o'clock, milky way right over house...like a planetarium sitting in our front yard. Hundreds of hummingbirds daily..empties our feeder like every 2 to 3 days.Daffodils everywhere in May.Several duck mothers and ducklings yearly come to feed under our birdfeeder.Hundreds of fireflies all over the front yard and you in June. Our own swim hole in mountain cold clean water, dammed off at about 4 1/2 to 5 ft of depth, and a hammock which we use as a zen area.Gardeners paradise with our black gold soil,perfect PH, needs nothing, full of worms and no rocks bigger than a thumb nail. Have several fenced garden areas all have their own purpose.Previous owners have planted a bunch of edible flowers all over the property. Raspberry and blackberry bushes all around our property.3 separate outbuildings for wood and toys, and a shed with a deep freeze propane chest freezer inside.A 275 oil tank, cleaned inspected leveled on a concrete pad and camouflaged painted and covered with branches, ready to be filled with fuel of your choice A 28 ft prowler camper we use as a shed for the garden tools and outdoor tents and chairs... A couple of cleared sights for other camps or cabins roadside and an area that 2 of them could have a Waterview of Duck Pond.We have a 24ft swath of clearing we made for.our water view from the front yard and from inside. A mountain stream running through the property, with 2 walking bridges, and a bridge than can handle any heavy equipment or chords of wood delivered driving right over it if needed. 50 yards away and 10 ft from the road have a neighbor and friend that I worked with to bring his drilled well deep mountain spring water roadside to a tree that constantly runs year round that all the neighbors have privy to. Sunken living room with separate gas log fireplace, a couple couches being left and maybe the TV. A nice defiant wood stove that also acts as a secondary stove top, plenty of cabinets for food and all kitchenware.A dug well which.never runs low, but the water is high in iron so we don't drink it but we do shower and do dishes and use in our washing machine . A big loft attic with a king size memory foam mattress . And plenty of storage for all of our stuff. Has a flip down hatch to control heat stream. A pretty open floor plan between sunken living room, kitchen and dining area. A bathroom with washing machine, compost toilet, sink and shower. A greenhouse that's 8x20 with a newly installed roof back in June and new flooring plumbed with piping for year round growing with propane outside. Leaving 5 100 lb propane with whatever fill they have. House has a bunch of propane lights. A few need work or some parts. A 40 gallon water heater and a shallow well pump, an ac breaker tied into shed that with a generator not included going is just like having a regular wired house. And then our master bedroom, where while lying in bed we can watch the stars and the moon go from one window to our big bedroom window, open the windows for an orchestra of.frogs and weird birds all night as we fall asleep . 1/2 Mile down from where the plows turn around and about 2 1/2 miles down from the main road, on the class 4 dirt road across from the pond is the house. Weekly maybe two cars go by and a handful of quads and sleds in winter. We have a big fire pit and a smaller one. Come take a look. This won't last long. Most of the work has been done. Around 4 1/2 to 5 cords of seasoned wood in sheds.
