All of this is situated on 10 acres with half the land is in pasture and half in woods. This balance provides privacy (we can’t see another house), some quiet walks down by the stream, a place for pets as well as some pasture for large animals of your choice. This is a great setting for someone who wants to forget the stress of work and have a relaxed rural recreational feeling while being close to work. It is located in Irondale where taxes are a bit more reasonable. And, owner financing available. Neighborhood Description Official riding rings in the neighborhood.
