Yard must be mowed every 2 weeks during March to October. Trash company picks up Friday by 7 am at your drive entrance. Deep South trash does. Trash can must be rolled behind house, day of pick up.
No overnite camping business allowed. Yard must be kept neat at all times. A vegetable garden is allowed at the back of the property. Noise ordinance laws are observed from 10:00 pm to 7:am
No painting of walls, they have been freshly painted. Children's gym set must be in the fenced in yard . A pop up pool is allowed, same place that is designated . Tenant must sign a waiver that owner is not responsible for any injuries. The same rule applies to a tree swing and any trampoline is to be anchored per insurance companies, all must be in the fenced in yard.
No log trucks allowed to park on property or semi's or dump trucks unless maintenance is being done on property.
None are allowed in front yard. If one owns a camper or boat it must be parked behind house in back fenced in yard in the shelter if size allows or parked in the back yard.
Camper is not allowed as occupancy on property for one to live in.
Tile cleaning is vinegar and water only.
