This is a partially unfinished, but comfortably livable metal-sided building that we have converted into a home. The vaulted ceilings are 17' at their peak, which is why we just started converting it from storage space to a loft bedroom area. There are two bedrooms measuring 12'x12', the Master bedroom measures 15'x15' with a master bath that is 8' x8', and an office that measures 12'x15'. All bedrooms have lots of closet space and sunlight. The smaller 3/4 bathroom is attached to the laundry/mud room, which has plenty of cabinet space for storage. The living room/kitchen area is completely open and measures appx 25'x48'. The attached garage has a gravel floor and is 20'x40'. There is a 30'x40' detached metal shed with a gravel floor, the original corn crib storage building that is still solid but needs a bit of tlc, an animal pen that we have used for both goats and chickens, a hoop house-style greenhouse with gravel floor, and a cute little 16'x70' mobile home on concrete slabs that currently has renters occupying it. It is within seeing distance of the main house, but far enough away that everyone still has plenty of privacy. A large pantry and a large entryway closet provide plenty of additional storage space.
