Split level with a spectacular remodeled kitchen with great appliances and an awesome deck. The kitchen was designed with the ergonomics of two people cooking in mind with guests sitting at the island. We spent several weeks after the demolition experimenting with various full scale 3 dimensional mockups of the island and appliance placement and the result as not what we initially thought it would be but is perfect. I build a 14x24 ceader deck off the kitchen where we spend many hours in the summer. The deck boards are screwed down from underneath so no screws or nails show. The back yard is heavily treed around the fence and is very private. I build a storage shed under the deck. The house is hardwood throughout. The media room on the lower level has also been remodeled with entertaining guests with lots of food in mind. There is a new stone patio off the media room which does not show up on the Google satellite photos yet.
