An application will not be approved if there is any previous eviction, defaults in lease agreements, untimely rental payments, or outstanding balances owed to another apartment or rental owner or property manager. CREDIT HISTORY- Applicant's credit must reflect that all accounts are current and that the applicant has a history of financial responsibility. CRIMINAL HISTORY- An applicant will be rejected if he/she has been convicted of a felony or any type of crime that would be considered a threat to the rental property, other residents or neighbor.
