Most dogs and cats will be approved and require a $200-700 pet deposit-there is a fenced in yard and doghouse. There is a lot of on street parking. Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside. I'm a chill and flexible person, but strict about smoking, leaving messes, and require that house guests who are staying more than 24 hours are approved.
