This home will not accept monthly rent payments. Deposit is equal to 2 3 months of the monthly rent depending on Homeowner requirements. Pets are not allowed in any of our homes without a pet contract and permission from the owner Smoking is not allowed at any of our homes both inside the home and/or on the property. All utilities are not included in the rental amount. Power and Gas are to be transferred into the tenants name prior to lease start. The following utilities and services are will be pre-paid prior to lease. Cable, Trash, Internet, Phone, and prorated snow removal are paid in full prior to your arrival.
