This house is a work of art so renters will be strictly screened. Also, the house is decidedly in the forest and renter will have to acknowledge this. No large groups or parties. Driveway is best for 4wd/AWD cars but not necessity. Owner pays electricity (usually $150/month) Renter will pay 1/2 annual propane (around $700-900 per year) Renter is in charge of their own internet and we have a Starlink set up to use
