Prime location in walking distance of the university. Needs rented ASAP I signed a lease in my college town and am now moving home. I am looking to sublet my tenancy at this apartment because I cannot live there anymore. The lease began May 1, 2015 and the security deposit and first months rent have been paid by me. Everything is included in the $460 per month except tv and internet. The rent is due monthly on the first of every month. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The other tenant who is living there this year is a male & a senior at WVU.
