There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Screen porch on the front and patio deck in back. Within walking distance to Sumter Arts center and Hampton park. Very close to historic downtown commercial district and opera house. Renter is responsible for electricity, water, and any cable TV or wifi. There is parking in the driveway, the home does not a have garage, but it does have a storage shed in the backyard. The walls in the home are plaster, which is typical of older homes in the area. Because the walls are plaster, tacks, nails, and screws or anything penetrating the walls is not permitted. It is possible to hand pictures with clips and string from the top of the wall or with picture hanging adhesive strips. Lawn maintenance will be handled by the landlord.
