    Hard to find home in Village of Amherst! Home needs some TLC but offers a ton of potential. There is some great woodwork throughout the main floor. Nice kitchen with lots of cabinets and counter space including a south facing bay window. There is a large dining room with pine floors and a huge living room with some great built ins.
