Further into the apartment you are in a living room space that opens up to two separate bedrooms. The bathroom is off the living room. A washer and dryer is installed in the unit. The unit has been wired for high speed internet with fiber optic cable. Each bedroom has a modern ceiling fan. Each room has a high efficiency heating and cooling system (so you do not need to install unsightly and noisy window units or provide supplemental heating).
We take your safety and security very seriously. To that end we have installed a fire sprinkler system and smoke alarms that dispatch the fire company.
There is plenty of free municipal parking in the rear of the building.
The property is pet friendly but given the size of the unit, we only allow one pet. We charge a pet rent of $40/month and a pet deposit. We require the first month, last month and one month of deposit to move in. All residents are required to purchase their own rental insurance.
We screen all tenants and charge a $50 application fee per adult that we will refund if you qualify and move into the unit. We review the following: previous rental reference and past eviction history, criminal background, personal and professional reference, proof of income and your credit. No smoking is permitted in the unit or anywhere on the premises.
